Business development leader with a decade of experience at the intersection of financial markets and digital assets, and a recent MBA from Columbia Business School (STEM program), I\'m passionate about finance, tech/crypto, and social impact.My journey began as an equity research analyst, solidifying my analytical skills. Transitioning to business operational roles, I led in-house CRM and compliance systems that elevated investor relations and regulatory standards for Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.Foreseeing crypto\'s potential, I joined a digital asset manager in 2019. At Hashdex, I played a key role in launching Brazil\'s first crypto ETF, driving Assets Under Management from near zero to $1 billion and elevating Hashdex as LatAm\'s largest crypto asset manager.
