   As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst supporting Verizon, I provide 24/7/365 monitoring and incident response across enterprise networks, applications, endpoints, and data environments. I specialize in identifying, triaging, and mitigating security threats using tools such as Splunk ES, Trellix HX, McAfee DLP, Cylance, Cisco IPS, and OSINT platforms.In this role, I’ve led major efforts including coordinating enterprise-wide threat-hunting activities, conducting full lifecycle investigations (from alert triage through RCA), and performing digital forensics on suspicious email, web, and endpoint activity. I regularly manage high-priority escalations through ServiceNow, partnering closely with NOC, Helpdesk, and Incident Response teams to ensure rapid containment and remediation.Key contributions include developing weekly targeting and threat-analysis training for the SOC team, supporting the creation of daily security briefings for leadership, and actively strengthening incident response and disaster recovery plans. I’ve also played a central role in analyzing and resolving DLP incidents, evaluating web-access requests using OSINT, and mitigating vulnerabilities discovered through continuous log and traffic analysis.Overall, I help reduce risk by monitoring emerging threats, improving detection capabilities, and ensuring security incidents are fully investigated, documented, and resolved with preventative recommendations.
