Leverage leadership capabilities for performing exceptionally to develop and provide long-term vision and roadmap for the GIS Data Integrity team to assure the attainment of enterprise objectives. Collaborate with Natural Gas Business (NGBU) leadership to create and execute an overall strategy to establish high-quality asset data standards to meet data requirements and expectations from regulatory agencies. Carry out project evaluations to observe project progress, performance, quality, and results. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure a smooth flow of day-to-day functions of the GIS Data Integrity organization. Cultivate and foster productive and long-lasting relations with team members and internal and external stakeholders to solve their concerns promptly to ensure their complete satisfaction.
