ABOUT PRECIOUS AIMUFUA AGBONTAEN

Precious Aimufua-Agbontaen graduated from American University in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Justice and Law, specializing in Law, Politics, and Criminology. Her academic journey provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the intersections between legal frameworks, political dynamics, and criminological perspectives. Precious recently completed a social impact internship at Full Circle Strategies, further enhancing her skills in policy development and advocacy. She has also gained hands-on experience in federal policy and legislative processes through internships at FWD.us, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Executive Chamber of the Office of Governor Kathy Hochul. Her roles have honed her expertise in research, data analysis, and policy development. Additionally, her work with the National Immigrant Women’s Advocacy Project (NIWAP) and her leadership as Co-President of the Multicultural Student Union underscore her commitment to social justice and inclusivity. As a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Precious is dedicated to community service and the promotion of equity. Fueled by a passion for public policy and a dedication to advancing social equity, she is eager to leverage her education and skills to contribute meaningfully to law and policymaking. Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBase, Adobe Suites, and EMS, she is well-prepared to manage complex projects and deliver impactful results.
