ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :• To actively participate and facilitate Site Selection, Site Initiation, Remote and onsite monitoring activities according to SOPs, GCP and Applicable local regulations by being adhered to sponsor timelines and requirements.• Facilitates and coordinates the daily clinical trial activities from budget negotiation, initial setup of study costing sheet to archival as per the stakeholder’s requirement.• Responsible for overall site management activities for assigned sites including written and verbal communication.• Coordinates between the project teams for different study related activities, issues, requests, meetings and responsible for processing/generating site vendor payments and coordinate for budget/contract negotiation as well as its finalization.• Reporting Adverse Events, Serious adverse events & Suspected Unexpected serious adverse events to the respective licensing regulatory authority(ies) as per the agreement with the sponsor and obtain the copy of such notification as per applicable regulatory requirement by strictly adhering to the given timelines.• Functioned as the Liaison for Contract signing, Proposal and Budget allocation by being in collaboration with Contract and Proposal team to ensure the milestones are met within the projected timeline.• Assists the PI in the development of materials and tools necessary to appropriately train individuals involved in the conduct of the study, like study protocol requirements, schedule of visits, and execution of research plan and maintains records and other documentation of training.• Completes documentation on each study visit that is used to track all study-related activities so that time, effort, and materials can be accounted for on a monthly basis.• Notifies appropriate institutional officials of external audits.• Collaborates with PI and institution to respond to any audit findings and implement approved recommendations.
