With more than 22 years of experience in structural engineering, I have provided my technical expertise for different oil and gas, metal and mining, fertilizer, polyester, pharmaceutical, and power plants. I am familiar with Indian, American, British Canadian, and European codes. At Burns & McDonnel India, I provide technical guidance to a team of engineers and lead engineers. I manage assessments of teammates and identify training needs. I update and develop department standards/procedures to monitor the progress, productivity and quality. I coordinate with the team for resource/manpower planning, man-hour estimation and functional schedule review for various projects for the Oil, Gas & Chemical Group.I can lead a team and handle different projects independently with effective planning and time management, meeting schedules and budgets with high quality deliverables. I have exposure to a diverse range of projects entailing analysis and design, planning, quantity estimating and manpower management. I have effective communication skills to meet project and site coordination requirements. I am also proficient in design software STAAD Pro, Risa 3D, Risa Foundation, MAT 3D, MAT Foundation and RAM connection. Familiar with detailing software Tekla structures, and Auto CAD. We have extensive experience in conventional and renewable fuel projects ranging from ISBL Refinery units, Gas Plants, Chemicals units, OSBL facilities and Revamp projects.
