Support State teams for identification of Continuous Improvement Projects and guide to complete as per QIP methodology. Co-ordinate with PM teams to identify Kaizen ideas for product & process improvement and coordinate for their approval by Engineering team and horizontal deployment across sites. Handle Cross functional alignment, conflict resolving within functions and interact with external stake holders for successful completion of focused improvements within timeline. Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives like 5S, Standardized Work, waste reduction etc. Co-ordinate with all state quality heads to collect MIS data and Prepare monthly MIS. Conduct weekly QMDB reviews with State wise CFT for on time closure of PM & IDRV Audit NC’s within 45 days. Train employees on 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 8D, Lean tools, 3M, 7QC tools, TPM and systematic problem solving methods. Engage and increase employee participation in Continuous Improvement Initiatives through R&R. Lead participation of teams in external Kaizen competition events like CII, QCFI etc. Co-ordinate for developing and improving digital applications for reducing PM team efforts for recording PM data and real time data analysis for improving site performances.
