Working closely with operations and legal team to educate them about changing immigration rules especially in the countries that C Ahead to. •Process owner for assigned professionals and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the Visa application process. •Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background related papers.•Providing quality immigration decisions and quality service through effective administration of immigration policy and procedures in accordance with immigration law. •Ensuring decision times for visa applications are met in accordance with agreed timeframes and also ensuring accurate and reliable documentation of applications are maintained and updated where appropriate. •Ensuring quality recommendations or decisions are provided in accordance with the individual level of delegated authority and the principles of fairness and natural justice. •Attend meetings with senior officials and provide accurate and timely interpretation.•Assess immigration risks associated with applications and apply risk management strategies to eliminate or minimise such risks. •Ensure checks and quality control procedures are applied in the approval process•Liaising with different embassies as and when required. •Ensure that policies and procedures reflect current visa laws, regulations and processing requirements. •Review existing practices and procedures to determine if they are driven by regulations or legacy internal decisions. Challenge the status quo and develop recommendations on internal procedures that satisfy compliance obligations and operational needs. •Taking appropriate action / decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals. •Liaising with Travel agents, Airlines, Hotels and create a strong business relationship.•Maintain report on all travel expenses. Review and analyze expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
