My professional journey has taken me through organizations that sit at the core of India’s financial market infrastructure, and later into global regulatory transformation and consulting. Along the way, I’ve worked on initiatives that still run in production today. Having spent over 19 years working with national financial markets infrastructure companies, such as NSE and NPCI, and with global banks while working with Cognizant and TCS, I have contributed significantly to building risk frameworks, designing market mechanisms, strengthening systemic controls, and helping financial services institutions navigate regulatory expectations with confidence. I firmly believe that good risk management goes beyond controls and compliance to include clarity, structure, and thoughtful design. I enjoy roles where I can bring these elements together — whether it’s building a new risk model, shaping governance frameworks, or working with leadership teams to align risk strategy with long-term goals.I’m poised to take senior-level opportunities where I can contribute meaningfully to financial risk, enterprise risk, or FMI governance.    At TCS, I helped establish our Strategic Risk Advisory practice for CCPs, FMIs, and payment institutions. This involved shaping our solutions, supporting business development conversations, and contributing thought leadership.Moreover, I also handle delivery roles that require niche subject matter expertise in financial services risk infrastructure management. For instance, I worked on liquidity risk monitoring and stress testing for a major depository. Presently, I’ve been part of a long-term risk transformation engagement for a European bank, where I redesigned operating and system workflows to reduce manual interventions and improve regulatory alignment.
