About Pravin Kumar

After five years at Jawaharlal Nehru University, where I majored Chinese language & Literature and one year of advance Chinese language training at Beijing language and culture university, Beijing, China. I leapt into the comparative world of Customer services at Air-China Limited. At the university time, I used to utilize my Chinese language skill and worked as language translator, Chinese language Interpreter and also lead & guided Chinese delegation in exhibition as a part time job. Air China has ornamented me with different skills where I learnt how to tackle with difficult situations. For the past years I have apprenticeship the service industry, working as an Airport executive & Cargo sales officer on Air china, my responsibilities to run the station with minimum technical glitch, handle all kind of customer compliant and reach the goal of maximum customer satisfaction. I have always tried my best to glorify the Company Image by my services, for the same, I have been awarded by the employee of the year and star performer of the south east Asia.
