In my role, I am accountable for overall hub operations, ensuring that customers are always delighted, and promptly and effectively managing customer escalations. I have implemented employee engagement initiatives such as Fun Friday and other activities to maintain a positive and productive work environment. I have also complied with 100% ZTP (Zero Tolerance Policy) and prepared requisite business dashboards, duly reporting and reviewing them with the hub team and area manager as required. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in hub operations, I have consistently exceeded operational standards and ensured customer satisfaction through maintaining high CSAT and NPS scores. As a highly organized and efficient professional, I have managed budgeting and accounting cash and hub imprest/petty cash expenses appropriately. I have adhered to SOP always and complied with service level agreements while maintaining cost per shipment (CPS) as per the budget. I have coordinated with respective departments and adhered to commercial and statutory compliance, conducting team meetings, motivating the team and controlling attrition, filling gaps in employee headcount within the turnaround time. Furthermore, I have ensured that team leaders and other hub team members are trained well and continuously focused on improving in reducing error rate in operations management. I have also ensured the safety of people, facility, and shipment at all times, maintaining high-quality facility and people hygiene. In addition, I have handled grievances and conducted open house meetings with the hub team to identify gaps and follow-up with departments based on open house discussions/findings, taking necessary action as appropriate.I am highly adept at escalating any information related to the organization to appropriate departments and seniors for taking necessary actions. I have ensured the achievement of key performance indicators, metrics for the hub, and set goals for the team accordingly. I have also executed coordination with local vendors of fleet suppliers, manpower agencies, and marketplaces, collection of cash, accounting and reconciliation with ERP, and deposit as per operation standard. Lastly, I have complete knowledge of PIN codes and routes planning & assigned to the Hub.
