As Vice President of Enterprise Data at Inspire Brands, I lead the company’s data strategy, platforms, engineering, governance, and AI enablement across a multi brand global enterprise. Key AI initiatives include a customer digital twin for advanced segmentation, an AI powered service desk agent that accelerates issue resolution, an automated campaign/offer testing solution, and a dynamic pricing engine designed to drive incremental revenue. I also implemented the enterprise Customer Data Platform (mParticle), enabling a 360° customer view and improving paid and owned channel performance.
