Promotes a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement using lean and data-driven practices. Coordinates closely with sales, procurement and finance to support promotions, product launches and demand surges. Drives sustainability initiatives in packaging, routing and fleet management. Regularly reports KPIs and insights to senior leadership, enabling faster, evidence-based decisions.
