Working in ICICI Bank as Executive through third party consultancy Wipro Limited. We have the department ITG (Information technology group) payments team and we process the payment against fixed assets to vendor like machinery, routers, switches, Tablet, Software and so on. We received the invoices which is type of software and hardware and will check Start to end, I also used SAP to release the payment to next level. I do Invoice Checking, Invoice Creation, Assets Installation/Delivered, PRM Checking etc. Currently my job role was handling Prm Creation and Capital advances and Commitment.About my role which depends upon PO (Purchase Order) terms like some assets are delivered or some installed etc. We have responsibilities to check all the required details are correct or not as per PO term. Sometimes the invoices was incorrect so we have a responsibility Guide the vendor team and coordinate with them about invoice queries & also help them to resolve these queries.
