Taking over the Data Center facility, witnessing all IST & completing the fit-outs equipment’s Transition Process to start the facility into operation• Heading Large Facility Operations (NDC) at Airoli, Navi Mumbai & other Telco Data Centers facilities in Pan India• Manage Vi technical teams with MS Partners to provide Passive Operation to all Data Center Critical facilities • Handling racks with 80+ MW cumulative load for these critical facilities, that includes Cloud computing & Large Enterprise Customers• Managing the entire facility operation as per the uptime requirement of 99.995% • Timely renewal of AMC & MS Contracts for continued support with engaging Commercial team for UPS, Transformer, DG, HT/LT panel, Chiller etc. with detailed SOW/SLA• Implemented the Process & compliance, including Checklist, daily/monthly reports, SOP, EOP• Preparing the Capex/Opex Budget for Data Center Passive Infra Operations• Support the Periodical internal & external audit and Ensure Quarterly Compliance Status by maintaining and delivering all the Data, Documents and timely renewal of statutory certificates • Coordination with Government & Local Authorities for Statutory requirements.
