Kept up 100% uptime in respect of all the Sites Equipment, infrastructure and facilities.9. Kept up 100% pest proofing of facilities with particular emphasis on closing vulnerable gaps as recommended by HSE manager / Pest control agency.10. Excellent vendor management of all our partners with special emphasis on timely payment to vendors.11. Effective coordination and reporting through PMRs and other monitoring tools with HO and middle management.12. gained to maximum score in Site Audits for Projects by proactive monitoring of gaps, documents and taking timely remedial action, and report to NHQ team & middle management.13. We have the accurately updated asset list is used for internal / external audit and complete all system actions like asset transfer, asset write-off, based on the variance report asap.
