Praveer is currently Vice President in the Enterprise Risk Consulting Group of NYSE listed Genpact Ltd. and was formerly the Global Head of Internal audit of Genpact reporting to the Audit committee of the Board and responsible for the Global audit plan and SOX reporting annually. Praveer brings a breadth of experience having previously worked for Big4 Accounting firms in Canada and India in their Assurance, Accounting Advisory, Restructuring Advisory and Financial Services Space; Hewlett Packard Enterprise in their India Shared Service, Internal Audit and Controllership Teams. Praveer has proven expertise of leading Global Finance and Accounting Projects. Praveer is an Indian CA and a US CPA and brings extensive knowledge and experience in USGAAP & IFRS, External and Internal audit, SOX compliance and controls, Financial analysis and forecasting. Praveer was also a part-time lecturer to CPA and CMA students at the Concorde Gleim Institute in Bangalore.
