My work focuses on enabling intelligent, dynamic messaging flows that leverage AI to enhance customer interactions, gathering client requirements and translating them into actionable development tasks to create automated, scalable WhatsApp Business journeys.Key contributions include:RAG-based Flow Generation: Developed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) application using FaissDB to learn from multiple pre-existing flow JSONs. Using AI prompts, the system automatically generates flow JSONs for both static and dynamic WhatsApp flows, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.Multi-tenant Backend System: Designed a generic backend architecture supporting multiple clients, with separate logic for each tenant. Implemented load balancers, horizontal scaling, health checks, and auto-restarts to ensure zero-downtime and high reliability for dynamic flow endpoints.Automated AI-driven Code Updates: Initiated a system where new Jira issues trigger automated branch creation, AI analyzes the codebase, modifies it intelligently, pushes changes, and raises merge requests, streamlining feature development and reducing manual coding overhead.Integration with WhatsApp Flows Webview: Enabled dynamic interaction between AI-generated flows and the WhatsApp Flows webview component, ensuring seamless client-side execution.Client and Team Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into AI journey development tasks for the team, while mentoring and guiding engineers to deliver high-quality, AI-driven solutions.AI-driven Decision Making: Leveraged AI to optimize journey logic, response accuracy, and automated fallback handling, ensuring high engagement and reliability for client WhatsApp Business flows.
