During my time at Persistent Systems, I am working on IBM project where we implemented a chatbot-driven solution leveraging WatsonX to automate on-premise server resource monitoring and alerting which enhanced resource management for on-premise servers and also worked on IBM Netezza Project where I have build robust provisioning mechanism with API endpoints, enabling automatic re-provisioning of instances in response to provisioning failures which minimized downtime and elevates customer experience. At Teradata, I contributed to the development of new features such as the function installer service and implemented failure detection and recovery logic. Additionally, I wrote automation scripts to improve system efficiency and retrieve table information. At Netcracker Technologies, I was instrumental in developing a new dunning model for SAUDI TELECOM and resolved various billing issues for TELENET, NTT and other clients.
