   Managed Portfolio of Engineering & Strategic Programs as part of CFO’s Digital Transformation initiative to modernize the landscape for corporate functions group(Finance) with new cloud-native products and SAAS solutions. Product deployed from inception to launch includes Azure Data Lake, OneStream’s Intelligent Finance Platform, Alteryx with automated machine learning, RPA initiatives, other API-led integrations, low-code no-code integration platform and ML. Managed $15M budget and a large cross functional global team of 45+ resources, Reduced application landscape by 6%, improved operational efficiency by 80% and a total cost saving of $22M. • Spearheaded a team of Full-Stack Engineers, UX/UI Designers to build a one source of the truth for financial reporting in the Azure data lake (ingestion, catalog, lineage, and data governance) • Implemented CI/CD DevOps process and drove technical excellence by establishing Agile-at-scale processes to transform quality, transparency & agility across teams • Led Master data governance automation program with a team of 10+ Full-Stack Engineers, UX/UI Designers, QA Teams using Agile (SCRUM) framework to build an inhouse web application in cloud • Mentored product managers and coached 40+ cross functional members on Agile transformation and DevOps • Developed and Managed roadmaps, OKRs and KPIs in partnership with Product and Engineering teams • Leading the data solutions for the sustainability product team, implementing IT-enabled solutions and Azure data models covering climate change/decarbonization, circular economy, ESG reporting, and life cycle assessment.
