Currently pursuing my HR Apprenticeship at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Chennai, gaining hands-on exposure to core human resource functions within a global hospitality brand.Assisting with talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.Supporting HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance processes.Contributing to training & development activities and performance management support.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end HR practices in the hospitality industry.This role allows me to apply my MBA in Human Resources & Marketing to real-time HR scenarios while building strong foundations in people management, communication, and organizational development.
