In my current role as Sr. Reservoir Engineer, working within BP\'s centralized Global Modelling Team (GMT), I am principally involved in building & assuring dynamic models & workflows. This involves a deep understanding of Integrated Subsurface Descriptions (ISD), Reservoir Performance Predictions (RPP) and Subsurface Uncertainties & Risk Management through effective interaction with regional reservoir engineers, geophysicists, petrophysicists and geologists. With this understanding and interaction, as well as reservoir simulation experience, I develop reservoir simulation models to underpin regional business decisions.\\\\n\\\\nIn addition, my current role also includes line management of experienced Reservoir Simulation Engineers, providing coaching, coordination of performance assessment, development guidance and involvement in resource prioritization. Its my responsibility to ensure effective and energised discipline teams, model assurance by the GMT and acceptance by the region so that useable products for decision making are developed\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
