I am a Mechanical & Materials Engineer (PhD, University of Padova, Italy) with strong expertise in simulation-driven design, finite element analysis, advanced manufacturing, and materials engineering. I currently serve as Manager – Design & Simulation (R&D) at Imperial Auto Industries, where I lead simulation and design initiatives supporting automotive fluid transmission and product innovation.My work focuses on translating advanced simulations and materials knowledge into robust, manufacturable, and cost-effective engineering solutions. I bring hands-on experience in FEA (LS-DYNA, Altair), structural durability, hose & tube systems, packaging development, and additive manufacturing, enabling data-driven decision-making across the product development lifecycle.My academic and industrial research background spans additive and hybrid manufacturing processes, advanced steels and composites, packaging materials, and microstructure–property relationships.
