In my role, I am actively contributing to the financial health of the organization. I am responsible for consolidating, validating, and reporting team-wise forecasts to management. My duties encompass preparing a range of payment proposals for Mexico entities, including weekly and daily ad-hoc payments, as well as advance, cheque, and employee disbursements. I produce critical financial reports like the $100K EURO report and Bi-monthly Cash forecast. A key aspect of my role involves maintaining financial accuracy through GR/IR reconciliation, AP vs GL ageing analysis, and managing debit balance reports. I also manage stakeholder communication, coordinate with suppliers, participate in MEC calls, and am instrumental in resolving debit balances and open GR/IR items, providing valuable support to team members in problem-solving and CAPA analysis.
