Accounting and posting the payments to the right customer account and invoices daily.* Thoroughly reviewing and applying to all payments on time before leaving cash as unapplied or unidentified.*Working on Auto application on current payments by keying invoices in the JPMC. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, collectors and internal teams regarding remittance or cash application information.• Monthend General Ledger Posting.• Processing Inter Company, Blank lines and No checks• Keeping an accurate record of the process, analyzing performance and maintaining 24-hour TAT.• Regular communication with Internal and external Customers.• Analyzing the data and reducing the Unapplied cash.• Training the New Joiners and doubt-solving sessions to bring efficiency towards the process.*Finding an opportunity by deeply analysing the process and converting it into an Idea.
