Creating digital models utilizing Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD to develop accurate 3D models for building services exclusively mechanical services and also electrical services with experience of working in both Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM360. • Currently working as the Assistant team manager, managing a team of 10+ BIM technicians within the project reporting to the project manager. • Administering BIM ACC modules by creating workflows, document management, model coordination and design collaboration and integration of Point Clouds. • Collaboration within project team for implementing latest BIM technologies and innovative BIM solutions to improve work efficiency. • Clash detection: Running clash detection using navisworks to identify the potential clashes between each building services and also with other building components like architectural and structural layout of the building and resolving conflicts in the model. • Drawing documentation and management: modelling, clash detection, marking and preparing drawings for all the building services, managing BEP (BIM Execution plans), COBie Data Management and documenting & organizing them as BIM data for future reference. • Project Coordination and Managing: collaborating closely with engineers & architects in order to minimize errors and managing BIM technicians by mentoring them in preparing and getting drawings ready to go and managing model coordination workflows.
