Responsible for commercial marketing activities – customer, shopper and consumer levers planning and execution in the state of Telangana and Andra Pradesh for the Beam Suntory portfolio of brands. Timely execution and monitoring of key tertiary levers plan of VAP’s, GWP, CSM, POSM.• Ensure product and working knowledge trainings for BA’s.• Ensure activations and promotions are enrolled as per company guidelines and policies. • Assist RCMM with key initiates in the region along with closely monitoring competitive landscape and on field intelligence. • Implement a suitable merchandising strategy for the market - in consultation with the Marketing Managers for the entire portfolio of products and brands and drive visibility of Beam Suntory brands in key outlets. • To develop and manage vendors for POSM, signage, assets and other merchandising equipment etc.• To liaise with the regional sales teams to ensure effectiveness of consumer promotions, develop appropriate benchmarks and implement a framework for assessing the effectiveness.• Work closely with regional sales team and build relationship with key accounts to execute activation and promotions as planned.
