As part of SAP FICO team with client Ericsson, my responsibility is to handle Incidents/ tickets from clients and resolving customer service requests at a fast phase by knowing client needs and performing end to end SIT, resolving BT defects and user issues. Coordinating with ABAP, BASIS, Security, MM, SD, PS teams for regular client issue resolutions. Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP S4/HANA AP, AR, AA, GLs and banking fields greatly helped me solving the clients incidents and business requirements.Added exp on SAP SolMan, have got to work with the Application development team, Application Operations team and helping them all the way through the testings and pushing the developments or updates into production from feasibility, Development, quality.At work I have gained Knowledge in, Batch jobs, STMS configuration, SolMan, regular reports of AD demands, ChaRM tool functionality and Transport movements in any given landscapes for almost all the systems like HRMS, ONE, PIXI, MDG, APO, BW, NWG, EWM, etcetera
