Implementation of Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery framework as per ISO 22301: 2019 standard.•Integration of BCMS within Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Process.•Conduct Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment at Platform, Domain and Service levels for defining efficient Business continuity and disaster recovery Strategies.•Identify Key Performance Indicators for monitoring, measurement, analysis to evaluate the implemented BCP and DR Strategies. Also, review at regular intervals for its relevance to business objective.•Create Templates of BC/DR Plan and Test reports ( High Availability Configuration test report, Tabletop Exercise, Backup and Recovery Exercise, etc,) and implement it across Review Disaster recovery, crisis management or business continuity plans created and suggest improvements.•Define disaster recovery plans for applications and infrastructure to ensure recovery strategies are as per the criticality and RTO and RPOs.•Coordinate with Technical Teams and other stake holders to test documented disaster recovery strategies and plans•Review DR reports that summarize testing activities, including descriptions of goals, planning, scheduling, execution, results, analysis, conclusions and recommendations.•Perform root cause analysis in coordination with technical teams for unsuccessful drillsExperience in managing DR Testing life cycle including data center, application and infrastructure.•Actively participate and contribute to change management and incident management processes.•Identify opportunities for strategic process improvement or mitigation of business interruption and other risks caused by business, regulatory or industry-specific change initiatives.•Collaborate with Governance and Resilience teams to ensure BCP DR function is in line with Corporate Compliance requirements.•Conducting BCM and DR awareness Trainings to all stakeholders.
