I am working as a consultant in Volvo trucks through PE Geometry India Pvt limited Performing geometric calculations and setting aesthetic requirements for the respective area Defining datum schemes for all parts and sub-assemblies and conducting tolerance calculations to ensurecompliance with the defined specifications. Offering solutions to designers and other stakeholders to address geometric issues and challenges. Providing input to technical drawings related to datum schemes and geometrical tolerances for parts and sub-assemblies. Proposing measurement points for all parts, sub-assemblies, and ARD (Assembly Requirements Drawings) toensure accurate assessments and compliance with design specifications. Participating in supplier meetings and engaging in tolerance negotiations to ensure alignment on requirements. Preparing Piweb reports and support during PPAP phase Analysing and documenting geometric variations during the development phase.
