   Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) by leading concept generation, feasibility analysis, and early-stage design input definition for surgical and diagnostic medical devices. Participate in brainstorming and technical review sessions to ensure innovative, manufacturable, and regulatory-aligned concepts. Support risk assessments and documentation during early development phases.* Provide sustenance engineering support for released products through design updates, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Lead root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and support cost optimization, part obsolescence management, and value engineering.* Perform tolerance stack-up analysis (worst case) to validate design robustness and ensure functional fit of critical components during product updates and troubleshooting.* Conduct regulatory gap analysis for legacy products to ensure compliance with EU MDR, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and ISO standards. Maintain and update Design History Files (DHF), Technical Files (TF), and Risk Management Files (RMF). Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and documentation excellence across projects.* Additionally responsible as a Project Quality Analyst (PQA), act as the quality representative within NPD and sustaining teams.
