Experienced in Project Management, specializing in Requirement Analysis, Solution Architecting, and Design across all phases of the Project Life Cycle. Demonstrated success in implementing IT Network infrastructure projects, including Structure Cabling, with a strong track record of excellence. Proficiently manage large and complex projects involving multiple vendors, encompassing LAN, Campus Wireless, Security, WAN, SDWAN, Data Center migrations, and security projects. My role extends to assisting in SOW finalization and the refinement of Solution design documents, including CRD/SRD, HLDs, LLDs, NIP, NRFU, Migration, and Cutover Strategies, while facilitating the deployment of solutions by team members, vendor engineers, and customer engineers as per project requirements. Deep expertise lies in Local Area Network (LAN), Campus wireless, ISE, and SDWAN infrastructure technologies. I implement a phased approach to project execution, providing high-level understanding of solutions to both the team and clients as per project requirements. My proficiency extends to end-to-end project planning and implementation, covering scope management, activity sequencing, effort and cost estimation, and rigorous quality management in alignment with industry guidelines and standards.
