Validation of work order and the plan released by the planning team.Partner allocation for the project execution and its delivery.Joint survey with the partner as per planning plan.Preparation of survey reports as per requirement of ROW.Monitoring all the construction activities which may include either the Under Ground execution, Structural Over-Head execution, IBD work or IP1 modality.Supervision of Under Ground execution work includes Trenching, Ducting, MH/HH and Route Marker installation, OFC Blowing and splicing, OTDR link testing and Measurement of power throughout the Fiber.Supervision of Over-Head execution work and IP1modality includes the pole-to-pole cable laying, Accessories/ODN/ Equipment’s Installation, Fat/ODF/Splitter’s Splicing, FMS termination, Sign-writing at ODN, DLC labelling & Patching, and Smart AT clearance.Adherence the safety and quality compliance at site throughout the execution to AT process.Validation of all the related documents required for the AT process.Ensuring the Hand-Over of site to the operation team after completion of project work.Measurement Sign-off and MB Validation.Collaborated with other departments to facilitate successful project completion.Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members. Identify opportunities to improve project processes, workflows, and efficiency.
