Communicate percentage completeness of ‘in-progress’ tasks and deliverables versus targets, each measure to be summarized by deliverables and by whole project. Quality assess projects where they run across quarters Overall project control and monitoring Schedule update and analysis. Generation of monthly execution plan Preparation & tracking of the Project Master Schedule, liquidation plan & summary level curves. Prepare drafts for Weekly Development Review Meeting (STANDING MEETINGS) with CFT for all new. Coordinate with engineering to prepare process flow design & carry out PFMEA. Coordinate with operations to develop required batches of product (T0, T1, T2….) and share PPAP to customer. Report for new development & modifying customers about process change.Highlights: Mahindra short term project handle without any escalation received
