   QHSE/Training- Present and coordinate safety Induction & HSE orientation session for all persons arriving on the rig- Assist in the continued development of the HSE culture while actively supporting the safety vision of an incident free workplace, all the time, everywhere - Assist and coach rig-based personnel in the implementation and understanding of the Company Management System - Provide a communication link between QHSE & Training organizations and the offshore workforce - Assist in the implementation of the company goals and objectives through liaison with QHSE Management- Demonstrate commitment to Company QHSE policies through leadership and guidance Coordinate the weekly safety meetings and attend pre-tour meetings as required. Organize records of weekly attendance for safety meetings- Participate in all emergency drills and respond to emergency situations as designated on station bill- Advise supervisors on occupational health, hygiene, nutrition and other related matters- Maintain discipline onboard and ensure compliance with Company disciplinary procedures- Advise and actively assist personnel in the application of company safe working practices - Participate in daily meetings with the OIM, Department Heads and Client Representative as required - Conduct periodic self assessment audits to ensure compliance with company procedures - Coordinate and administer On-the-Job Training (OJT) System - Maintain and update the installation-specific training matrix and monitor for compliance - Conduct rig-based HSE training courses according to the training matrix - Have a working knowledge of Transocean’s Environmental Management System (EMS)- Monitor and assist the ‘Green Team’ in meeting their objectives as defined within the EMS - Assist the OIM in the investigation of Environmental Incidents- Participate in internal audits on the installation to ensure compliance with Transocean’s EMS and Client-specific requirements.
