ABOUT PRAVEEN ROY
I am a mathematician with a PhD in Mathematics from the Chennai Mathematical Institute, specializing in algebraic geometry, and postdoctoral research experience at the UM‑DAE Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (Mumbai), the Shamoon College of Engineering (Israel), and the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (Mumbai).My research interests lie broadly in algebraic geometry, with a focus on questions of positivity, moduli spaces, and connections with topology. In addition to research, I am actively engaged in teaching and have taught undergraduate and graduate courses in mathematics, including linear algebra, probability theory, and topology.
