To monitoring the hourly production targets. On job training for new operators. Involving the 5s, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke, and Improvements activities. Collect the rejection data from each stage & record in the Rejection details. Enhance line member skills by initiating training needs for multiple jobs. Identify good performers & recognize them in the line on sunrise meeting. To conduct regular LP audits. Attending Quality and Production related meetings. Involving the MOS. OEE, Efficiency, PPM, cycle-time Calculation. Analysis off production loss daily basis and systematic solution to production issue. Eliminate the production related failure through systematic problem solving. To involving the scarp deduction, cost focus, PPAP batch, problem solving techniques, removing bottleneck process, productivity improvement, rout-cause analysis etc. To maintain the control documents (Quality plan, FMEA, Control plan, Drawing, Validation reports).
