Some of the responsibilities were, Developing, implementing and managing Digital marketing campaigns to promote admissions for various courses offered by the University. Develop and execute plans to drive traffic from various channels to the landing page or website. Analyze the data and identify the conversion funnels. Generate leads, engage and convert the quality leads into applications through various follow up activities. Measure the performance of all digital marketing activities through out the campaign period. Also responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for any job vacancy in the department through Naukri.com and Linkedin. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Co-ordinate interview process. Document verification. Provide orientation for the newly joined employees. Aug 2012 - Feb 2015: Joined the directorate of Corporate & Industry Relations, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore as Technical Assistant on August 1, 2012. Later, got promoted as Senior Technical Assistant. 20••••11: Worked as an HR executive (Part time) from Aug 2009 to March 2011 in \"The enpowerment tree\", HR consultancy. Worked with a team to implement performance management tools in various organizations. 20••••11: Completed Full time MBA in HR and Marketing from MACFAST College, Mahatma Gandhi University. 20••••09: Worked as Process Executive from October 2007 to August 2009 in Infosys, Bangalore. Worked in HR department of Infosys. Responsibilities included screening and short listing quality candidates, Conduct preliminary interview or Test, Maintain the data base of the candidates who attended the process. Also Worked in the support service of Banking sector (Washington Mutual and JP Morgan Chase). Assisting customers with their account related queries through email. 2007 - Completed BSc. Electronics from College of Applied Science, Calicut University.
