Liaison with state, city to build and deliver 59 acre Campus which is a first for Infosys in western hemisphere; 3 buildings totaling 172k sq ft, certified LEED Platinum. Campus is carefully planned with future growth in mind and can accommodate additional 9 buildings to take total capacity to ~100k seats. Campus setup was critical for enabling training of new hires centrally in US (440 employees at a time) and has capacity of 880 seats for client projects in agile re-imagined workspace. In addition, setup (site identification, budgeting, negotiation and buildout) of 6 hubs (and their expansion) in strategic locations in US and 2 in Canada, which have proved instrumental in making local hiring a success and make operations visa independent. These hubs are critical for local hiring and serve the purpose of showcasing our solutions, encourage innovation/creativity in employees, onboarding/re-training new hires and provide space for client projects. Additionally, anchoring setup of any new offices to cater to specific client/business requirements. Over 20 projects completed so far. On procurement side, spearheading initiatives for reducing operational costs such as travel, general procurement, telecom, benefits without compromise in quality of services.
