Roles and Responsibilities Building Market Intelligence Reports • Establish and communicate Master Data Management best practices including people, processes, and technology. Plan, exercise oversight, and control over management and use of data and data-related sources/applications (like CRM system, Salesforce and other client data applications)• Manage the day-to-day functionality of Salesforce. Be responsible for high quality support and continuous improvement of the system. • Responsible for providing backend support services to the Global Sales Operations team to ensure the most accurate and current info on prospects available for our sales and marketing teams. • Maintaining quality CRM Data in Salesforce Application. Using a combination of Salesforce CRM and Internal Data Quality Tools, GSO team will work in conjunction with U.S. based Quality Team to improve FactSet Sales process. • Maintain and update the profiles of Buy-side/Sell-side institutions used by our clients to maintain their business relationships. • Handling Special Projects within the team like Bulk Email Uploads, Account Team Reassignments and Contact Upload Tool.• Accounts & sales opportunity creations and validations• Generating leads for marketing campaigns based on requests from business development and sales team.• Sales Pipeline management and data clean-up on weekly basis.
