Food has always fascinated me—not just the flavors on a plate, but the science, safety, and precision that go into every product before it reaches a consumer. As a BTech Food Technologist, I’ve built my career around that passion, working to make sure every bite people take is safe, compliant, and of the highest quality.Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in quality assurance, FSSAI compliance, packaging line operations, and material verification. I’ve spent time on factory floors, monitoring processes, checking raw materials, ensuring packaging meets standards, and catching small issues before they turn into big problems. For me, quality is not just a checklist—it’s a responsibility.I’m comfortable working with food safety systems like ISO and HACCP, and I understand the importance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). But beyond the technical side, I value teamwork, communication, and a shared commitment to doing things right.
