Partnering closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders, I provide financial oversight and insight across the full lifecycle of key defence and aerospace projects - from bid through to delivery and close-out. I support project financial decision-making by building forecasts, analysing variances, and challenging assumptions.My work focuses on improving financial control, enhancing reporting accuracy, and maximising project returns. I work on month-end close processes, contribute to ERP system improvements, and champion process optimisation across finance and operations. By bridging finance and delivery teams, I help ensure commercial alignment, robust governance, and strategic resource allocation across complex programmes.
