ABOUT PRATYUSHA SAMDARIA
Hi there! I’m Pratyusha an MSc Clinical Psychology student who’s equally fascinated by the complexities of the human mind and the chaos of everyday emotions (sometimes, they overlap).Currently training in psychotherapy and psychological testing, I spend my days decoding thoughts, emotions, and defense mechanisms and occasionally my own research deadlines. My work spans from counselling clients on ADHD, anxiety, relationships, and self-worth, to developing psychological tools and test reports (because who doesn’t love a good psychometric challenge?).I believe therapy isn’t just about “fixing” it’s about helping people understand their patterns, find clarity, and grow at their own pace. Off-duty, I’m a proud dog mom to a white Indian Spitz named Coco, my unofficial co-therapist who’s mastered unconditional positive regard better than any textbook could.Always curious, always learning and occasionally overanalyzing movie characters for fun.
