About Pratyush Kumar Jha

As a pre-final year Civil Engineering student at IIT Roorkee, I am passionate about learning Python and Data Analysis, and applying them to real-world problems. I have completed two certifications in MySQL and Python for Marketing Analysis, and I have a Code Forces rating of 1350. I am also involved in two student-bodied organizations at IIT Roorkee, where I have gained valuable skills and experience in communication, coordination, and event management. As a coordinator at Placement and Internship Cell, I help connect students with potential employers and mentors, and organize workshops and seminars to enhance their employability skills. As an editor at Institute Alumni Relations Cell, I write emails, social media posts, and captions, and interact with numerous alumni and facilitate their engagement with the institute. Additionally, I have completed a project under the Structure Analysis Department, where I developed a numerical model on MATLAB to study the plastic and elastic deformation of finite elements.
