I help people get the information they need to get their bearings and see their way forward. I think of myself as someone who builds rope bridges across information gaps to make timely decisions.By nature I focus on doing more with less and keeping costs down. But I also look for ways to promote growth. I like scouting the way and generating ways to move forward. I tend to find ways to get things done that have been overlooked or discarded by others.Most of my career has been in customer service. It\'s ranged from working in small businesses in landscape sales to running my own massage practice to working for large corporations.
