While performing the role of Analyst. We are doing the remediation process for the client (Barclays). In a short time span I have accumulated the information regarding the processing of a case where I need to verify the information provided by the customer of Barclays Bank and feed that information in the internal applications. Furthermore I have gained experience regarding the voice process where if the customer has provided the contradicting information I need to call the customer and gather all the information regarding the business he/she is performing in UK. This is the life cycle where I have gained the information regarding how the process really works. It has given me a clear idea regarding what work should be carried out while doing the remediation for a particular customer. Moreover being a multitasker I can grasp the process within the time limit which really helped me to mould myself professionally in the corporate world. This experience matters the most where every organisation is looking for skilled personals who can adapt the work too soon which is beneficial for any business organisation.
