Now coming to what I do for a living :) I have 12 years of experience in the field of Instructional and Learning experience design- My experience covers training development, storyboarding, creating training strategy and doing training needs analysis for ERPs such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday and Salesforce- Being a core training & development professional, I specializing in using latest technologies and learning strategies to create engaging and interactive courseware- I work very closely with my stakeholders to understand their training requirements to design and develop learning programmes and paths- I have created WCAG complaint eLearning courses for people with visual, motor and other learning disabilities- I have supported clients from banking, insurance, finance, healthcare, education and pharmaceutical domains.
