I specialize in building intelligent systems by combining Gen AI, NLP, deep learning, and applied machine learning. My recent work involves designing scalable AI solutions and integrating LLMs for automation and decision intelligence, and developing agentic orchestration frameworks to manage multi-step reasoning, tool use, and dynamic workflows in complex enterprise environments. I have hands-on experience in building end-to-end Gen AI products, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, natural language understanding, and system integrations to enhance user interaction and productivity.Over the years, I\'ve led cross-functional collaborations to deploy AI/ML solutions in production, contributed to automation platforms, and driven initiatives in areas like digital engagement, customer intelligence, and insight generation.
