Brightpoint Referral Chatbot- Developed a Full Stack multilingual GenAI solution powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate referral services for families, enabling 24/7 access to community resources- Built a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline using Amazon Bedrock (Claude Sonnet 3.7) for natural language processing to extract service categories and zip codes from user queries and match them with referral database in AWS DynamoDB- Integrated Perplexity API to enhance chatbot capability with external knowledge retrieval for out-of-domain queries, enabling accurate recommendations beyond internal data- Implemented SMS-based chat support using AWS Pinpoint and SNS, enabling access for users without internet connectivity- Created scalable infrastructure using AWS CDK and CloudFormation; hosted on AWS Amplify with Cognito user authentication- Developed and deployed REST and WebSocket APIs via API Gateway to manage real-time user interactions and response delivery- Built AWS Lambda functions to handle query processing, referral tracking, analytics aggregation and real-time insights generation.
