About Pratiksha Mishra

I’m a postgraduate student in Counseling Psychology with a growing profile in mental health research, early intervention, and science communication. My academic journey began in India, where I developed a deep interest in psychopathology, early psychosis, and personality disorders, and I’m now building a research-driven career aimed at contributing to global mental health.During my training, I completed an intensive clinical internship at Manav Neuropsychiatric Hospital, where I gained hands-on experience in assessment, case formulation, and patient-centered communication. Alongside this, I strengthened my academic foundation with specialised certifications from Harvard Medical School (General Psychiatric Management for BPD) and Stanford Online (Early Signs of Psychosis)—experiences that shaped my commitment to evidence-based practice and early intervention in youth mental health.Beyond academics, I’m actively expanding my impact through mental health content creation, where I translate complex psychological concepts into accessible, research-backed insights for digital audiences. This work fuels my goal of making mental health education inclusive, accurate, and globally relevant.My long-term aspiration is to pursue a doctorate in Psychology, contribute to research on early intervention and psychopathology, and collaborate internationally on projects that advance mental health literacy, clinical innovation, and community care.I’m eager to connect with researchers, clinicians, educators, and organizations working in clinical psychology, mental health research, youth wellbeing, and science communication—and open to collaborations that align with my vision of advancing mental health on a global scale.
